ClubPK expects users to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully.

General Conduct

Users must comply with applicable laws, these policies, and the ClubPK Terms and Conditions.

Fair Participation

Users must not attempt to manipulate games, rewards, promotions, referrals, transactions, or technical systems through unauthorized methods.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use bots or unauthorized automation.
• Create fraudulent accounts.
• Attempt to bypass security controls.
• Access another person’s account.
• Exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Provide intentionally false information.
• Conduct fraudulent transactions.
• Abuse promotional offers.
• Harass or threaten other users or support personnel.
• Interfere with normal platform operation.

Account Credentials

Users must keep passwords, OTPs, PINs, and other authentication information private.ClubPK will not normally ask users to disclose confidential credentials through ordinary support communications.

Promotion Abuse

Creating accounts or manipulating platform systems for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized promotional benefits is prohibited.ClubPK may restrict benefits or accounts where promotional abuse is identified.

Consequences

Depending on the circumstances, violations may result in warnings, restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.Serious matters may be handled according to applicable legal requirements.

Reporting Violations

Users who identify suspicious activity, security concerns, or abusive conduct should report the matter through the official ClubPK support channel.
