This policy explains when and why a ClubPK account may be restricted or terminated.

Reasons for Restriction

An account may be restricted where there is evidence of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Multiple-account abuse
• Payment abuse
• Promotion abuse
• Unauthorized system manipulation
• Security concerns
• Violation of platform rules
• Other prohibited activity

Temporary Restrictions

ClubPK may temporarily restrict account access while investigating suspected fraud, security issues, unusual transactions, or other policy violations.

Verification

Users may be asked to provide reasonable information needed to verify account ownership or investigate a transaction.

Account Closure

An account may be permanently closed where serious or repeated violations are established or where closure is otherwise permitted under the applicable terms.

Appeals

If you believe an account restriction or termination occurred incorrectly, you may contact official support and provide relevant information explaining the situation.

Voluntary Closure

Users who no longer wish to use ClubPK may contact support regarding account closure.Certain transaction, security, or compliance information may need to be retained where required by applicable obligations.
